In keeping with the shutdown of North Carolina because of the COVID-19 virus pandemic,

the NCRA State Young Authors' Celebration and the MCRA County Young Authors' Celebration were both canceled.

All County YA materials were taken to your school and were distributed at the end of the school year.

If you did not receive your County YA materials, please contact your school or email moore.read@hotmail.com

****************************

All State Young Authors' materials for our State winners will be distributed in August.

Thank you Seven Lakes Kiwanis Club for your generous donation to our 2020-2021 Young Authors Writing Project! We are extremely grateful to be included as one of their many child-centered donations for the children of Moore County! The Moore County Celebration had to be canceled for this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we're already planning for the 2021 Young Author's Project and the Seven Lakes Kiwanis Club is again supporting us in this endeavor.
